What is the Purpose of This Notice?
Certain Youpi services, including our Realm application https://joinrealm.ai, allow you to upload images of your face (“Facial Images”) to create personalized AI-generated art and avatars using personalized AI models (“Facial Models”). This Facial Data Privacy Notice explains how Youpi Inc. and its affiliates (“Youpi,” “we,” “our,” and/or “us”) collects, uses, shares, retains, and destroys (collectively, “processes”) Facial Images obtained from users who utilize our services (“Users”) to create personalized art (e.g., avatars) (the “Personalized Art Services”) using Facial Models.Please review this notice carefully. By using the Personalized Art Services, you agree to our processing of your Facial Images and Facial Models as described in this notice.
How Do the Personalized Art Services Work?
The Personalized Art Services utilize the Stable Diffusion neural network model, enabling Users to create personalized artwork based on their chosen subject. Users upload multiple photos of themselves to customize their Facial Model, which is then trained and retrained for personalization. Once retrained, Users can generate art, including avatars, using textual descriptions and their Facial Model.Youpi does not use any information from your Facial Images or Facial Model to identify you personally. Nevertheless, depending on your location, applicable laws might define this data as a biometric identifier or biometric information.
How Long are Facial Images Uploaded to the Personalized Art Services and Facial Models Retained?
We retain your Facial Images only for so long as necessary to train and retrain your personalized Facial Model. After your personalized Facial Model is trained or retrained, Facial Images uploaded to the Personalized Art Services are deleted and permanently erased from cloud storage such that they cannot be recovered or reconstructed.We retain your Facial Model for so long as you continue to use our Personalized Art Services. You may instruct us to delete your Facial Model by either updating your settings or deleting your account in the application, at which point your Facial Model will be deleted permanently and erased from cloud storage such that it cannot be recovered or reconstructed.
Who Has Access to the Facial Images Uploaded to the Personalized Art Services and Facial Models?
We may store and share Facial Images uploaded to the Personalized Art Services, as well as your Facial Models, with our cloud infrastructure providers to enable and provide the Personalized Art Services.
